1. General Refund & Return Conditions

Refunds are accepted only for items purchased during the regular, non-sale season within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a refund or return, the item must:

Remain in its original packaging and in as-sold condition.

Carry all original labels/tags, and include any manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed only through the same payment card used for the original transaction. Under no circumstances will refunds be transferred to a different card, account, or payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
2. Excluded Purchases

Items purchased during sale seasons, clearance events, or promotional offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if unused and in original packaging.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) items are strictly non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

3. Defect Acknowledgement

Any product defect must be reported within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

4. Shelf Life and Usage

Certain retail products carry a manufacturer-defined shelf life. While Mountain Extreme ensures items are sold in usable condition, our staff are not obliged to disclose the remaining shelf life at purchase.

Purchases are deemed to be made for immediate or near-term use, and customers accept responsibility for using items within their shelf life.

Refunds or returns based on expiry or remaining shelf life will not be accepted.
5. Return Process

Once a return request is initiated and approved, a courier will arrange pickup.

Refunds or replacements will be issued thereafter, subject to compliance with the above terms.

If the identical product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Customer Misuse & Wrong Returns

Customers returning items that do not match the original product purchased will be liable for all associated shipping costs.

Items not originally purchased from Mountain Extreme, or wrongfully sent to us, will not be returned, refunded, or credited.
