If you are looking to pass the top rope belay test, you will need to reserve it on the Member app.
If you are not sure if you are ready yet, you can take the Top Rope Belay class (free of charge) and then pass the test.
Remember that the test is pass/fail, there are no instructions given during the test about how to belay.
Below you will find the checklist the climbing wall instructor follows for the test, so you can prepare yourself. The test is free for members and AED75 for non-members.

دخلت اختبار الـ Top Rope Belay وأنا متوتر لكن متحمس، لأن الفكرة كانت واضحة: يا تنجح يا تعيد التحضير من جديد. أكثر شيء ساعدني هو أني تعاملت مع الموضوع كمسؤولية حقيقية، مو مجرد إجراء. حجزت الاختبار من التطبيق، وحضرت الكلاس المجاني قبلها بأيام، وركزت على التفاصيل الصغيرة لأن المدرب وقت الاختبار ما يعطي أي تلميح. قائمة التحقق مهمة جدًا، جلست أراجعها خطوة خطوة، وحتى رتبتها عندي بصيغة PDF عشان أراجعها بسهولة على هاتفي باستخدام https://pdfguru.com/ar خصوصًا لما احتجت أعدل ملاحظاتي بسرعة. التجربة علمتني إن الأمان أولًا، وإن الفهم أهم من الحفظ. نصيحتي لأي شخص: لا تدخل الاختبار إلا وأنت واثق من كل حركة، من ربط العقدة إلى التواصل مع المتسلق، لأن النجاح هنا يعكس جاهزيتك الحقيقية.
